Abstract

This article contains the suggestion on the amendments to the Federal Law of 10.12.2003 N 173-FL (ed. from 07.03.2016) “Currency Regulation and Currency Control” based on the analysis of actual issues of the currency market. Also the point-rating system to evaluate the quality of commercial banks currency monitoring by the Central Bank is prepared. Their possible positive influence on development of the banking system of the Republic of Sakha is reviewed.
