Abstract

Today's world of everyday life is characterized by a double crisis. International financial markets are swinging dangerously causing the world's largest economic crisis since the 20 century. However, it unfortunately is not the only crisis facing the world today. In the world today are not only disrupted flows of money and goods, but also as the ecosystem is seriously affected. Natural resources are rapidly shrinking (oil and natural gas are disappearing, fish stocks in the seas are reduced, there is a growing shortage of potable water, fertile soil disappears), which together with the apparent climate change is a clear signal that this business model, what we know, required fundamental structural change. If by mid-21st century in the world do not reduce CO2 emissions by 80 percent compared with 2005. year, will not be able to limit global temperature increase below two degrees Celsius. Double crisis, however, opens a new opportunity and possibility to create a new economic sustainable economic order. Environmental taxes, fees, permits and other economic instruments can play an important role in the control of emissions of today caused the so-called greenhouse effect. And not only is that, the effect of economic instruments to total income, economic and fiscal policy in all countries in the world, much, much more.
