The modern western concepts of management and models in public administration

This article discusses the two dominant in recent decades, the concept of public administration: New Public Management and Good Governance. They defined the content of modern administrative reforms, which began in Anglo-Saxon countries and spread to the rest of the world. The authors on the basis of a synthesis of these concepts match parameters of the "ideal" Western managerial model that can be used to study administrative reforms in different countries or as a stencil to apply the real model of public administration using the analysis of administrative reforms in different countries to determine the degree of deviation from the sample.
