Abstract
The scorecard of assessment of the effectiveness of public electric power sector of Ukraine was established. They determine the external and internal economic, social and environmental dimension on spheres of social reproduction. The calculations determined the relationship of these components. The necessity of a priority component of public sector efficiency was established. The level of study of the component will plan the value of other indicators.
