Abstract

To improve the working conditions of screw loaders with different trajectories of moving bulk materials, the following should be implemented: existing screw loaders with the transfer of bulk materials from below to the top carry out the process of transition from the horizontal route of transportation to the vertical, usually through the cardan mechanisms, which are injured and especially dangerous for seed materials. The starting data for designing a screw loader is its performance, type, type of cargo, which is transported and its characteristics: the coefficients of external and internal friction, productivity, the slope of the trail, structural parameters, and others. An important parameter for a screw loader, which consists of two branches - horizontal and vertical inclined at an angle, is that the productivity of the horizontal branch should be less than 5 ... 10% of the inclined to ensure normal operation. In this case, regulation of this parameter is advisable to do the step of the screw, and not its diameter. An important element that protects the screw loader and, accordingly, the transport system from clogging using vibration devices of known designs is presenred. These problems are related to the overmaking of bulk materials. The stability factor of a screw loader is the use of additional flexible screw loaders, in order to increase their loading zone using both the screw loader and the mobile mechanisms themselves. The next requirement of the screw loader is that it is advisable to establish appropriate zones in the zone of transshipment (overload) of bulk material in order to ensure a high quality feed of bulk material and to stabilize the technological process.
