Abstract

The article is devoted to theoretical analysis of scientific approaches to the concept of "professional mobility". In modern scientific research interpretation of occupational mobility is ambiguous because: - this concept is used in different branches of knowledge: philosophy, sociology, economics, psychology and pedagogy, etc; - in different languages has an ambiguous interpretation; - depending on the scientific study of the mobility divided by types: academic, eco, cultural, professional, social, territorial and labour. The basic approaches to the concept, determine the topicality of professional mobility in social workers have been analysed. The essence of professional and pedagogical mobility is expressed in the willingness of the individual to self-development, to educate themselves and transform themselves, building a construct of your professional self, readiness in the course of their professional activities to successfully adapt to the changing conditions of professional and pedagogical environment. Also the author has examined the nature of vocational and educational mobility and the main directions of its formation. Professional mobility implies a high level of generalized professional knowledge, commitment to operational selection and implementation of optimal ways to perform different tasks in the field of their profession. In the face of rapid changes in technology and production technology professional mobility is an important component in the qualification structure of the future specialist. Scientists allocate four stages of formation the professional mobility: 1) determine the level of knowledge and motivation for professional mobility; 2) acquiring awareness on this issue, as well as the systematization and generalization of the acquired knowledge; 3) enhance professional mobility by improving the acquired knowledge and skills, and the development of creativity and independence in the process of formation the professional mobility. 4) Evaluation and adjustment of formational results the professional mobility. The author has analysed peculiarities of formation of professional mobility of social workers and the main stages of its formation. The material allows to draw the following conclusions: the formation of professional mobility in future social workers is a dynamic, systemic, educational process that is characterized by unity of purpose, innovative technologies through the introduction of forms and methods of training aimed at personality development, readiness for self-development, semiconstrained and adaptation in a changing environment the professional environment in the course of professional activities.
