QUALITY OF LIFE OF CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENT AT THE USE OF DIFFERENT METHODS OF REVEALING OF TUBERCULOSI

Work is dedicated to analysis children and adolescents quality of life when use the different methods of the revealing tuberculosis. Objective, laboratory and instrumental methods examination of patients do not cover all aspect of tuberculous infection and do not allow to value the condition of children and adolescents with pulmonary tuberculosis. At analysis of life`s quality there is full possibility to define the influence of the disease on physical, psychological and social aspects of the organism`s functioning. With questionnaire Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory-PedsQL is organized estimation quality of life 90 children and adolescents at age 13-17. Pulmonary tuberculosis was revealed with the help of different methods: during examination of the groups of the risk by means of preparation Diaskintest, digital fluorography of the device "ProScan 2000", requesting for medical help. Was analyzed initial level quality of life (before begin course of the treatment). Influence of the chronic disease to children and adoles-cent`s quality of life had specifics: boys had physical suffer, while for girls emotional problems was more actual. Adolescents at age 15-17 value the quality to its life much lower, than children at age 13-14. At group patients, revealed to recourse for medical help the factors quality of life was lower, at the average among all examined. Diagnostics based of test with preparation of Diaskintest is priority comparison to diagnostics at revealed at recourse of medical help.
