Abstract

The number of students with poor health and low level of physical training continues to increase. On the other hand, there are increasing demands for an in-crease in the number of students who have passed the RWD standards. The revealed contradiction served as an incentive to conduct a scientific pedagogical experiment capable of solving an existing contradiction: that is, to be a safe and effective means of increasing the functional reserves of the organism. Material and methods. The document presents the results of the pedagogical research experiment to develop methods of teaching physical education with the purpose of increase of readiness of students of higher education institutions to deliver the standards RWD. The experiment was attended by 77 students, male and female, 1-2 courses of medical faculty on a strictly voluntary basis, which looked at how the psychological readiness for the delivery standards RWD. The proposed set of circuit training was conducted for 1.5 months, twice a week, and be included in regular physical education classes. Exercises were selected as close as possible to the normative and included 2 cycles of 4 exercises of strength and speed-force character, following each other with an interval of 10 seconds, the rate was offered individually optimally-the maximum taking into account physical capabilities. Exercises performed on the stopwatch for 20 seconds. Offered circular training included: squats, push-ups from the floor, jump up from the starting position lying down and slopes from the lying position. The cost-effectiveness of the system of adaptation to physical activity was judged by changing the heart rate at rest and recovery time after the load. Research results. After 1,5 months of training, the heart rate decreased significantly at rest, after a lap session, and during recovery from exercise. A limited amount of time (3 min 20 sec.) circuit training allows you to turn it on in normal, a variety of physical training contributes to the motivation to deliver the standards RWD, is an effective, safe method is applied, taking into account individual possibilities.
