Abstract

This article deals with the influence of ozone therapeutics on clinical indicators and the state of non- specific antimicrobial resistance at atopic dermatitis at the youngsters. 62 children ag ed 12 - 15 with widespread mod- erate atopic dermatitis were observed. The first group of patients (31 patients) got complex standard treatment, the second group of patients (31 patients) – complex treatment in combination with ozone therapeutics. The clinical param- eters at patients were studied, the scrape of affected area of the skin for microbial population culture was carried out , the anti - alpha - staphylolysin content in blood serum is determined, the phagocytosis indices and functional state of pat- tern reco gnition (Toll - like) receptors are studied. Results. The complex standard therapy led to full, but short remission , at which at patients with atopic dermatitis the changes of indicators of nonspecific antimicrobial resistance at emer- gence of signs of activi zation of Toll - like receptors remained. Inclusion of ozone therapeutics in complex treatment of patients with atopic dermatitis led to faster beginning of long clinical remission, normalization of phagocytosis indices and the expressed increase in function al activity of Toll - like receptors.
