ESTIMATION OF THE LATE RESULTS OF COMPLEX REHABILITATION OF ADULT PATIENTS WITH ORONASAL FENESTRATION

At patients with congenital c left lip and cleft palate and also with the acquired maxilla defects the structurally functional and esthetic optimum is broken not only in maxillo - facial area, but also in many organism sys- tems that leads to the serious psychosocial consequences. In this paper the problems are considered and results of com- plex treatment of the patients, who have undergone the combined surgical and orthopedic rehabilitation, are given. The analysis of orthopedic treatment results of adult patients with oronasal fenestration is carried out. The recommenda- tions about complex planning of surgical and prosthetic aspects of rehabilitation of this group of patients are made.
