THE SEARCH AND CHOICE P ROBLEM OF FORMS OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS ORGANIZATION

The article deals with the peculiarities of educational work. The author focuses attention on the conditions of search of the necessary forms in the educational process. The classification of forms of educational work is considered. Choosing the form of organization of the educational process, the teacher needs to focus on many factors to consider not only software requirements but also the pressing issues of the education of the individual and the collective. When choosing a form of organization of educational process we should base on actual needs and interests of pupils.
