DEVELOPMENT OF THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL BASES OF EXCHANGE TRADE IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The main subjects of the research are the credit relations between participants of exchange trade. The purpose of the work is the study of features of the modern trade of capital stocks. In the work correlations and interdependencies of the trade deals concluded in different sectors of stock xchange, mechanisms of formation of contango and deport on capital issues, influence of mode of stock trading on efficiency of operations on the stock exchange are described, the factors having negative impact on the status of the modern exchanging market of capital issues of the Russian Federation are designated. Following the research results authoring approach to determination of marginal trade is offered.
