Abstract
The article outlines the methodological basis of the system of
psychological support of personnel management in railway transport. The results of the forming experiment on the development of the psychological competence of the head as the basis of psychological support of the personnel management system in the railway transport are given, the purpose, tasks and principles of its conduct are defined.
