Abstract

The question of presentation of scientific editions indexed in international scientometric databases is considered in the article. Conforming to the requirements of international scientometric databases of these editions is analysed. The aim of the article is research of character of presentation of scientific editions that produce establishments of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (NAS of Ukraine), in international scientometric databases. The article of this research is an analysis of transformation of publishing activity of scientific establishments of NAS of Ukraine in the process of the use of international scientometric platforms of open access with the aim of distribution, promulgation of results of scientific researches, research object are scientific magazines of NAS of Ukraine. The emphasis is, in particular, on the fact that for each article that is published in the journal, its index DOI (digital object identifier) is the digital object identifier assigned by the CrossRef agency. To receive the DOI index, a professional edition may subject to the availability of a publicly accessible journal site and archive of publications, with all the necessary set of metadata in English and a pseudo-bibliography for each article, executed in accordance with international requirements. The publication of the results of research in prestigious scientific editions opens the best prospects for quotes, and hence the increase of formal indicators.
