Leadership. Types and types of leadership

The leadership problem has been the focus of attention of researchers for many years: philosophers, sociologists, psychologists, historians, and politicians. According to the famous Russian psychologist who has been dealing with this problem for more than 30 years, Professor T.V. Bendas, not a single scientific topic has caused such heated debate and discussion, ups and downs, as leadership. Despite the availability of a lot of research work on this problem, a number of questions remain open.
