Agents with Territorial Jurisdiction in San Juanito Municipality, Case ChingazaNatural National Park

The present work explores the positions of an agent with jurisdiction in San Juanito Meta municipality;this to determine the scope as environmental authority that administers the territory declaredProtectionAreaChingaza Natural National Park, which isinserted in a ratio of 80% of the area of the municipality inprotectionzone withexclusionof economic exploitation in rural areas,their performances and positions with respect to properties within and related to(PNNCH). The fulfillment of the object of the work is achieved from the cartographic recognition of the jurisdictions of the agents present in the area;it starts with the design of the tool to be used,the in-depth interview, carried out withthedirectorof theChingazaPark;Subcategories were established:natural resource management and protected areas as well as present conflicts.It isconcluded that no punitive processes have been launched against the community;a disparity was found in terms of resources from the use and exploitation of the water resource by another agent with jurisdictionwithin the Park, therefore the lack of support for the communities and territorial entities that have a place in the area
