RESEARCH OF COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND POSSIBILITIES FOR THEIR DEVELOPMENT IN COLLEGE STUDENTS

The article presents the results of a study of communication skills in College students, as well as the possibility of their development with the help of a psychological and pedagogical program. The importance of communication skills for most areas of human activity is noted. The author notes that the results of the diagnos- tics showed an insufficient level of development of communication skills of Junior students, which, in turn, re- quired the development of a program for the development of communication skills for students studying in the organization of vocational schools. The results of repeated diagnostics after the implementation of the proposed program showed a significant increase in the proportion of those who are characterized by a competent way of communication
