Abstract

This article highlights the concept of «forming the readiness of future heads of general secondary education institutions to apply innovations». It is established that the structural elements of the model`s formation of readiness`s future heads of general secondary education institutions are the criteria of readiness (educational environment), process and result. The personal component is considered as the presence of future leaders of motivational and value attitude to pedagogical activities, which contributes to the development of social and professional activity in pedagogical activities. Professional and pedagogical readiness as a quality of personality includes: positive attitude to the profession; character traits and abilities; knowledge, skills, abilities; stable professionally important qualities of cognitive processes. We consider the success of its socio-professional formation in the team as a criterion for the formation of professional and pedagogical readiness of future heads of general secondary education institutions to apply innovations. The analysis of pedagogical practice gives grounds to assert that the management of an educational institution at the present stage is essentially a system of decisions that should ensure the optimization of the educational process. The modernized content of the activity`s head of the educational institution, as a consequence, requires the renewal of forms of management, the formation of readiness to apply innovations. It is established that the study of the problem of forming the readiness of future heads of secondary schools to apply innovations, in particular at the present stage of society, due to changes in the nature and content of pedagogical work, the need to train professionals focused on professional and personal development. Educational institutions. It is studied that despite the existing variations, France is well suited as a model of education management for Ukraine, given the extensive participation of the state in economic life compared to other Western countries.
