Abstract

The article considers approaches to overcoming the effects of crises in the activities of agricultural enterprises. The influence of the macroeconomic situation on the work of agricultural producers is investigated. A certain imbalance and desynchronization between the course of socio-economic processes in agriculture and macroeconomic dynamics in the state is revealed. It is proved that despite the best modern conditions for the functioning of agriculture, various crisis phenomena and destabilizing processes appear in the activities of agricultural enterprises. Individual enterprises are significantly affected by the crisis, and a significant part is characterized by a violation of the stability of functioning. It was revealed that the main factors in the emergence and spread of crises in the activities of agricultural enterprises are regular and irregular economic fluctuations, dependence on weather and climate conditions, raider actions, worsening social climate and communications in the village, the relative inertness of agriculture, the spread of imitation strategies among neighboring enterprises, incompatibility with production technologies of neighboring enterprises, problems of attracting and distributing financial resources, dependence on government influence. It is proved that in order to overcome the effects of crises in the activities of agricultural enterprises, it is necessary to introduce crisis management, which is a set of principles, methods, techniques and includes a set of mutually agreed measures aimed at identifying, assessing, eliminating and preventing the impact of crises. The purpose and composition of anti-crisis measures largely depend on the stage of the onset and course of the crisis. They can be focused on preventing the negative impact of the crisis, stabilizing the activities of an agricultural enterprise or ensuring its future development.
