THE ASSESSMENT OF IMPLEMENTATION EFFICIENCY OF THE COOPETATION OF UKRAINE SUBJECTS STRUCTURE WITH THE ACCOUNT OF PARTNERSHIP ASSOCIATION

The effectiveness of the development strategies of the subjects of the construction industry depends on the optimal development, justification and implementation of areas of improvement in the field of management and organization of operation, management of optimization of financial and economic indicators (costs, revenue (revenue) from sales, profits), market indicators, related with the competitiveness of products (services). The development of openness of the market environment and society implies the entry into the market of new entrants to the construction industry, who can compete with each other in the chosen niche. Accordingly, in order to be successful in today's market environment, construction industry actors need to continually improve the effectiveness of development strategies, which must be flexible to external and internal transformations. The article deals with the main directions of improving the effectiveness of development strategies of the Ukrainian construction industry. The optimization directions will be determined using: the forecasting method, which is necessary for the general establishment of forecasts of the development of functioning of the subjects of the construction industry in Ukraine; methods of modeling, adaptation and modification, which are necessary for the adaptation of the leading experience of the countries of the West in the sphere of the solution of the mentioned problem; a comparative method that will allow to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of implementing optimization directions (measures); a synergistic method, the implementation of which provides the additional effect of successfully organized interaction of economic entities (construction industry entities of different categories). The purpose of the article is to determine the scheme of implementation of the co-operative strategy in the conditions of functioning of the subjects of the construction industry of Ukraine and the order of predictive and actual assessment of the effectiveness of the implementation of the co-operative strategy for integrated integration in the current conditions of functioning of the subjects of the construction industry of Ukraine. The paper presents the scheme of implementation of the strategy of co-operation in the conditions of functioning of the subjects of the construction industry of Ukraine.
