SYNERGETIC APPROACH TO EVALUATION OF EFFICIENCY OF INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The aim of this article is to create a methodical approach to evaluating the effectiveness of enterprise integrated development management and determine the level of synergetic effect as a result of the integration of identified areas of its concentration on the basis of the existing system of performance indicators. The necessity of monitoring the current efficiency of the company's functioning as a system, its position on the market and identification of activities related to the integration processes is determined. It was proposed to use the development of a system of enterprise key performance indicators, which would allow conducting business diagnostics and comparing the effectiveness of the company's functioning with its competitors. It was suggested to develop this system of indicators in the form of a graphical structure, namely «tesseract of integrated development». The tesseract of integrated development was formed of cubes of enterprise's key performance indicators. The key indicators given in the tesseract of integrated development were interconnected and grouped in the direction of evaluation. It was determined that this system of enterprise development efficiency indicators could change depending on the specifics of business functioning. The methodological approach to identification of interrelationships and interdependencies between performance indicators in the process of company's integrated development on the basis of the coordinates of the point — indicator and its radius of action depending on the results of key indicators was suggested. The complimentarity of the obtained values of performance indicators was applied in order to improve the efficiency of the integrated development of the company. It was proved expediency of using by the enterprise of the offered methodical approach for diagnostics of internal and external integration, comparative analysis with competitors, identification of strengths and weaknesses, determination of integration direction and potential synergetic effects.
