A PRELIMINARY STUDY ON HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS (PARAMEDICAL) STRESS DUE TO COMPETITION, ADVANCEMENT OF TECHNOLOGY & ENVIRONMENT AT CHENNAI

The Health care Professionals namely the Nurses and Lab Technicians. have also to update their knowledge as like the Doctors, in servicing to the patients especially in developed cities like Chennai. This knowledge update due to new technology innovations and more competition in their field. Through the structured questionnaire data was collected from 62 paramedical personnel and analysed their feedback. They feel stressed both Physically and Mentally due to competition and technology developments.
