Reconstruction and continuous development of the historical districts of Volgograd with the preservation of cultural heritage sites

The growing interest in cultural heritage and its preservation is currently observed all over the world. The preservation of the cultural heritage of each nation in its most diverse aspects, regardless of whether we are talking about individual monuments or entire historical cities that need to be saved from the destructive effects of time, is the most important source of enriching the entire humanity, preserving its spiritual, aesthetic and moral values. The experience of the formation of historical quarters in Russia and abroad is considered, modern methods and possibilities of their genesis are identified, a scenario for the development of historical quarters with the preservation of cultural heritage objects is proposed.
