COMPETENCIAS DE LOS LÍDERES EMPRESARIALES GLOBALES Y SOCIALMENTE RESPONSABLES: REFLEXIÓN FRENTE A LOS POSTULADOS EXISTENTES

Nowadays it is required intelligent organizations that make a balance in their profitability and pro-ductivity with the social and environmental facts. Therefore it is required social responsible enter-prise leaders which build organizational politics focusing on the sustainable development. With the purpose of leading the formation in leadership according to the global standards of sustainability, a theoretical review has been made in these aspects, to determine the competences that are required by these emergent leaders and encourage the changes.However the sustainability topic is very important in the enterprise world, there are few researches about the formation of social responsible enterprise leaders. Taking this into account the research that was made, besides it shows different theories around the competences that may take part in the ones who manage the enterprise destination. It compares the result of the researcher theories in the previous topic. It is required to begin an investigation and reflection process around the formation of social respon-sible leaders and generate new and complex competences that may be considered in the curricu-lums of the institutions as well as the capacitation and development process of these enterprises.
