LOS ENFOQUES DE SISTEMAS DE LA ADMINISTRACIÓN Y DE LAS CONTINGENCIAS: COMO CONTRIBUYEN AL BUEN FUNCIONAMIENTO DE LA EMPRESA

Organizations are influenced by the business environment in which they are located, as they are not isolated, depends on a chain from the supplier to the customer its suppliers to its customers. It is impor-tant that the manager examines the work of considering various trends including systems approaches to management and contingencies. Since the focus of management systems consider that the organization is an open system and therefore the activities are to be coordinated and integrated in order to achieve the objectives in the short, medium and long term. In turn, the manager should take into account the type of business, size, the situations presented, suppliers, because although the administrative functions are the same for any professional who holds the position of manager, situations (consider space and time) presented differ in emphasis and degree of difficulty, depending on the executive level manager (first, second or third line) and uncertainty that surrounds the management decision making. All this leads to the articulation of approaches to systems administration and contingencies.
