APROXIMACIÓN AL DISEÑO DE UN SISTEMA DE INFORMACIÓN GERENCIAL PARA EL SECTOR ESTATAL EN COLOMBIA

The article presents a proposal for intervention by a management information system for the Colombian State. For this purpose there are four (4) sections describing a logical develop-ment of the subject. The first section sets the context state, and is defined using the state gives to IT. The second part of the paper presents the AE enterprise architecture proposal for a state agency and its relationship with the agility. The third section shows the proposed design of the AE based on scientific research and finally the last section provides the means to measure the acceptance and utility of the proposed information system.
