PROF. DR. İLHAN BAŞGÖZ’ÜN ANKARA ÜNİVERSİTESİ DİL VE TARİH-COĞRAFYA FAKÜLTESİ’NDE DÜZENLENEN CENAZE TÖRENİ

Field of folklore, graduated from the Faculty of Languages, History and Geography at Ankara University in 1944 and received Turkey's second doctorate degree in folklore in 1949. He retired from Indiana University (USA) in 1997. Prof. Dr. İlhan Başgözdied on April 13, 2021. On April 15, 2021, a funeral was held for Prof. Dr. İlhan Başgözin the foyer of Farabi Hall of the Faculty of Languages, History and Geography at Ankara University. He was buried in the Cebeci Asri Cemetery in Ankara after the funeral prayer at Ankara Kocatepe Mosque.
