TRAINING OF WORKERS FOR FARMS IN UKRAINE: PEDAGOGICAL ASPECT

There is a need to train a new generation of workers for farms due to the change of ownership in independent Ukraine. The article considers the main requirements and features of training workers for farms in terms of their formation and development in Ukraine. It is emphasized that in today's conditions it is necessary to create a virtually new school of training for farms that will have diverse knowledge and skills.
