DIGITALIZATION OF SECONDARY SPECIAL EDUCATION IN UZBEKISTAN: PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS

Today, digital technologies are actively used in all spheres of life. The Republic of Uzbekistan is im- plementing comprehensive measures for the active development of the digital economy, as well as the wide- spread introduction of modern information and communication technologies in all sectors and areas, primarily in public administration, education, healthcare and agriculture. This scientific article analyzes the state, shortcom- ings, problems of secondary specialized education in Uzbekistan during the years of independence, describes the results of the first steps to overcome them, changes and reforms in New Uzbekistan, such as the digitalization of the education system, in particular secondary specialized education
