Теория и практика развития методической культуры педагога

In this article it is given the detailed analysis of the concept “methodological culture” and the process of its understanding. It is also said, that pedagogue must know professional culture, the component part of which is methodological culture. It is distinguished external and internal components of pedagogue’s methodological culture. It is highlighted main components of internal culture of pedagogue. It is examined the content of main structural elements , which compose pedagogue’s methodological culture in pedagogic sphere. It is proposed to conduct professional selection of pedagogues, recommended for the work in pedagogic sphere.
