QUALITY OF EDUCATIONAL PROCESS MANAGEMENT AT THE ADMINISTRATIVE LEVEL IN THE PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION

Abstract

Introduction. The study of quality management of the educational process in a preschool educational institution is caused by modernization processes in Ukrainian education, changes in regulatory requirements for managers, managerial competence, focused on the formation of a qualitatively new system of educational management, taking into account international experience and the specific economic and socio-cultural substantial content, structural, organizational restructuring, the constant search for new technologies. The contradictions between the modern requirements for the management of the educational process and the capabilities of preschool education managers actualize the issue of quality management of the educational process in a modern institution of preschool education, the search for effective means of improving the managerial competence of preschool heads. Purpose. The aim of this article is to highlight the theoretical aspects of quality management of the educational process at the administrative level in a preschool educational institution Methods. In the process of research, theoretical and cognitive methods were used: analysis of the scientific literature, synthesis, systematisation of the obtained information. Results. Various aspects of the management of the educational process in a preschool institution are substantiated in the studies of K. Bila, N. Havrysh, Z. Doroshenko, N. Dudnyk, L. Zahorodnia, H. Zakorchenna, O. Kaplunovska, L. Kozak, K. Kruta, I. Kindrat, V. Makovetska, Yu. Manyliuk, L. Pisotska, T. Ponomarenko, I. Romaniuk, A. Troian, O. Yanko and others. The analysis of scientific research shows that the issue of quality management of the educational process in preschool education institution is relevant and its solution is possible if the managers understand the essence of management activity, modern pedagogical management in preschool education and requirements for quality preschool education. Originality. The analysis of case studies and experience of training future preschool managers has highlighted a number of pedagogical conditions that ensure the quality of the management of the educational process. Conclusion. The managerial activity of a preschool education quality assurance manager requires knowledge of their team, rational distribution of personal time, the ability to act competently and objectively evaluate their actions, to understand the interaction of forms and content of preschool education, to have theoretical training in modern management, to operate with new concepts, to be able to identify and systematically solve current problems, to see the prospects of the educational institution, to plan a strategy for its further development, constantly improve themselves in the field of pedagogical management in preschool education.
