Directions for Increasing the Level of Economic Security of Enterprises under the Influence of Digitalization and Adaptive Management

The article analyzes the features of the application of the concept of adaptive management in ensuring the economic security of enterprises. The essence of economic security of the enterprise from the point of view of different approaches is defined. The classification of threats to the economic security of the enterprise by classification features from the standpoint of adaptability and sources of risk is analyzed. The principles of economic security management are systematized in the context of ensuring the appropriate level of adaptability, which include the principles of competence, hierarchy, complexity, effectiveness, adaptability, objectivity, timeliness, integration, risk orientation, continuity, planning. The main groups of decisions and measures carried out by the management of the enterprise in the process of adaptive management while ensuring economic security are characterized, which include: legal, information-analytical, personnel, resource, technical-technological, financial-economic, motivational, preventive. The tasks of adaptive management in ensuring the economic security of the enterprise are substantiated. The basic principles of the application of adaptive management of the financial security of the enterprise have been substantiated through the consistent consideration of basic concepts such as "adaptation", "adaptability", "enterprise adaptation", "adaptive management".
