Abstract
The article examines decentralized organizational structure as a management model characterized by the distribution of authority and responsibility between different levels and departments. The main characteristics of decentralized structures are discussed, as well as their advantages, such as improved efficiency, higher quality of service, and stimulation of innovation. At the same time, attention is focused on the disadvantages, including loss of control and difficulties in coordinating actions. Examples of successful application of decentralized structures in various fields, such as technology, non-profit organizations, and government agencies are given. The article emphasizes the importance of choosing an appropriate organizational model depending on the specifics of the business and the external environment.
