Abstract
In this study, we aimed to qualitatively and quantitatively determine certain flavonoids from rosemary. The analysis of rosemary was performed using an alcoholic extract obtained through a Soxhlet extraction process and an ultrasound-assisted method. The extracts were then analyzed using spectrophotometric methods.
