The aim of the study is to compare the procedures for creating agricultural credit cooperatives in different countries and identify the main approaches to their organization, management, and regulation. Materials and Methods. The research is based on an analysis of cooperative legislation in countries such as Germany, the USA, France, Sweden, China, and Japan. The study evaluates cooperative creation options, including declarative, permissive, and non-registration models. Additionally, it examines the legal status of membership, conditions for participation of individuals and legal entities, and the peculiarities of management structures.
