Introduction. In the conditions of modern challenges and threats facing Ukraine, today the issue of state protection of servicemen of the Department of the State Protection of Ukraine is gaining special relevance and importance. Ensuring the appropriate level of state protection of servicemen of the Department of the State Protection of Ukraine is not only a matter of military affairs or a legal aspect, but also a strategic direction and a matter of national security of Ukraine. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to study the issue of state protection of servicemen of the Department of the State Protection of Ukraine.
