WAYS OF IMPROVING THE MECHANISM OF RESTORATION OF TERRITORIES OF TERRITORIAL COMMUNITIES DAMAGED DURING THE WAR

Introduction. The full-scale invasion of the aggressor country on the territory of sovereign and independent Ukraine caused significant human losses, destruction of their homes, property, as well as critical infrastructure of territories of territorial communities. The above caused the adoption of a number of normative legal acts aimed at the legal regulation of procedures for the restoration of the territories of regions and territorial communities affected during the war. However, the issue of substantiation of proposals for legal provision of operational changes to the current documentation regarding the restoration of the territories of territorial communities has not yet become a topic of active theoretical and legal research and a subject of legal regulation.
