Abstract
Background. Metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (mNSCLC) remains a significant oncological challenge despite major advancements in treatment with immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs). However, some patients resist ICIs, highlighting the need for novel risk-scoring systems to predict immunotherapy efficacy.
