Ethical concepts from the point of view of Islamic Banks employees

This study aims to examine how Islamic bank employees understand ethical concepts. To achieve the aim of this study, a questionnaire is designed to collect data from employees. This questionnaire consisted of 18 items covering a number of ethical concepts. Using the statistical program SPSS, percentages and means were calculated, and a one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) along with a post test were successfully conducted.The study showed that there are differences in employees'opinions based on the bank's location and the ethics-related training courses they had attended. ongoing
