Abstract

One of the criteria influencing employee commitment is perceived leadership style. The purpose of this research is to examine the leadership style and staff dedication to the success of fashion enterprises in Malaysia's Klang Valley. The quantitative data was gathered from ten selected organizations operating in the fashion e-commerce sector. This research had 200 participants, including 40 managers and 160 employees. This study developed a conceptual model of the interdependence between leadership styles, employee commitment, and business performance.
