THE CONTENT OF THE PRINCIPLE OF FREE MOVEMENT OF FINANCIAL MEANS IN THE TERRITORY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The article is devoted to the principle of free movement of financial means in the territory of the Russian Federation. Possibility of consideration of this principle irrespective of the principle of free movement of goods and services is defined. Value of the principle for formation of bases of the constitutional economic system is defined, the content of the principle is revealed, principle consideration from positions of international law is carried out. Within the research definitions of the concepts "financial resources" and "financial means" are analyzed.
