ARBITRATION COURT AS A GUARANTEE OF RIGHTS REALIZATION OF THE ECONOMIC ACTIVITY SUBJECTS ON LEGAL PROCEEDINGS IN A REASONABLE TIME

This article analyzes the activities the arbitration court in the aspect of realization of the justice task on examination of the case within a reasonable time. The author studied the basic conditions, which are necessary for the proper movement of the case in arbitration court, and gave a brief historical overview of legal regulation of the period of the trial, as well as offered amendments to the current arbitration procedure legislation.
