COMPETITIVENESS STRATEGY OF ECONOMY INTELLECTUAL AND INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT

The article deals with the problems and prospects of the intellectual and innovative development of the economy of Ukraine in terms of integration into the global educational community. Work was carried out to determine the prospects and conditions of implementation of distance learning in Ukraine, setting priorities and critical factors in the process, and developing a strategy of competitive development. The article analyzes the modern concepts of distance education and the classification of the main types of distance learning, highlighting their advantages and limitations. The analysis of the domestic market of distance education services is formulated by the basic problem categories (technical, technological, infrastructural, psychologically, qualification). The comparative characteristics of the practical implementation of the technological platforms of distance learning and their activity in Ukraine highlight current trends of development. We propose a conceptual framework for sustainable development of the economy on the principles of improving the training of highly qualified professionals by introducing modern teaching technologies; a strategy for competitive, intellectually innovative economic development on the basis of introduction of modern technologies of distance learning.
