ON THE ISSUE OF LAWMAKING QUALITY (ON THE EXAMPLE OF ART. 50 OF CIVIL CODE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION)

The civil code is exposed to the considerable revolutionary reformation, by which the contradictions of legislative and law-enforcement character are revealed. In the given article, the legislative problem connected to the classification of noncommercial organizations given in Art. 50 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation is considered. The author pays attention to overhastiness of some legislator’s decisions that result in need of new corrections entering into the legislation.
