Abstract

Background.Proposed article is devoted to the actual question of studying economical transformation tendencies under the transnationalization influence. The issue was considered on the basis of studying processes of integration using diversification recourses, an analysis of flexible adaptation mechanism to the outside changeable conditions that are characterized with mobile structure of TNC management structures. Review of scientific sources in this direction shows that the conception of undoubted globalization of modern financial and economical, production, trading relations in world economics is formed. TNC and their development and functioning strategies are a powerful catalyst there. The majority of works are devoted to studying modern tendencies of TNC's economic activities and the results of their influence to the development of social-economic society relationships. Both positive and negative aspects are defined. The conclusion remains undoubted: process of transnationalization becomes an integral part of modern economic transformations functionality. This is purpose of the research. Results.TNC play the leading role in transnationalization processes by carrying globalization strategies which unite national economics and national markets. TNC define the new tendencies of the structural transformation of world economics. They provide integral using of diversification recourses and own the mechanism of flexible adaptation to the outside conditions. Conclusion.The modern transnational process have dynamical development tendency. The country gets positive economical result due to more effective capital usage, and investment of new capital provides rising economical data of recipient country. At the same time the TNC's activity causes population unemployment at recipient country, tax evasion using foreign branches, that damages the government budget and, as a result, shortening possibility of financing the social and other programs in the basing country.
