Abstract
Identification of the current state of the level of investment and innovative safety of Ukraine using modern approaches of integrated assessment of the level of security. With the adaptive control method defined strategic guidelines indicators of investment and innovation security, which are the target of the Strategic Planning Strategy of innovative development of Ukraine in the medium term (until 2020).
