UROFLOWMETRY IN DIAGNOSIS AND RESULTS ASSESTMENT OF SURGICAL TREATMENT OF STRESS URINARY INCONTINENCE IN FEMALES

Abstract
Aim. To show possibilities of uroflowmetry in documenting diagnosis of stress urinary incontinence in women. Material and methods. 57 women with genital prolapse and stress urinary incontinence underwent uroflowmetry while coughing. Results. Episodes of involuntary discharge of urine were recorded on uroflowgramms at peak of coughing. Conclusions. The proposed method of uroflowmetry in women with stress urinary incontinence enables to record graphically the episodes of involuntary loss of urine during coughing.
