Abstract
Diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ANCA-associated systemic vasculitis presents certain difficulties for practical healthcare. It is advisable to use modern immunological laboratory methods more widely and in the early stages of diagnosis in the presence of hemoptysis to avoid ANCA-associated systemic vasculitis. The diagnostic algorithm should not be restricted only to the exclusion of tuberculosis, lung cancer and pulmonary embolism.
