Abstract
Thepurposeofthecasedescriptionistoturnattentionofinternistsandcardiologiststoearlydiagnosisofhypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCMP). In the described case of patient K. aged 59 years the findings of echocardiogram, 24-hour Holter ECG monitoring, disease anamnesis had been underestimated, which resulted in late diagnosis of the given pathology.
