Abstract

Antalya Province in accordance with the opinion of school administrators in this study to training the intense immigration that took place in the Kepez district and studied to determine the effect of educational administration. Research area of intensive training and ongoing migration to be addressed within the framework of the views of the effects of school education is an important work in terms of management executives and provide an in-depth view opener to researchers. Research has been a qualitative study with an integrated multi-state pattern. In this study, as the data collection methods used in individual interviews. As the data collection tools, semi-structured individual interviews based on open-ended questions were used in forms. The data taking into account the characteristics of the data collection instruments were analyzed by content analysis. The findings, based on this data analysis and interpretation of research has been established. Research findings are given in the tables, the views of frequencies and percentages given are made direct quotations and school administrators. School district administrators involved in all of the high levels of immigration are working in schools. According to the survey, most immigrants from school administrators that families have a positive impact on socio-cultural aspects of the parent-teacher-student school and see if they are dry enough to express. Migration from family problems encountered in the intensive language, integration, are the origin of culture and economy. The most intense problems encountered in the integration problems of migrants and students are developing behavioral problems and failures accordingly. Students adversely affect the class and the school success of all migrants according to the school administrator. Suggestions were made based on the results of the research.
